A classic, much-loved Thai street food dish - wok-fried minced beef with chillies, garlic and fragrant holy basil in a rich savoury sauce. Serve on jasmine rice with a crispy fried egg (optional).
Allergens: Soy sauce (soy, gluten), fish sauce (fish), oyster sauce (mollusc, gluten)
Heating: Transfer to a wok or frying pan, add 3-4 tbsp water and stir over medium-high heat until heated through.
