Nik's Kitchen is a small, family-run kitchen. Each week we cook a menu of dishes from a different cuisine - Italian one week, then Thai, Indian, Persian, Moroccan or Greek - and deliver them to you ready to heat and enjoy at home.
The menu. We post a new menu every weekend, with this week's dishes, sides, salads, sauces and puddings, plus produce from our larder.
Order by 6pm Sunday. Place your order through the website by 6pm on Sunday. On bank holiday weeks the cut-off moves to 4pm Monday - we'll always let you know in good time.
Delivery on Thursday. We deliver on Thursday, usually between midday and 7.30pm (Friday on bank holiday weeks). If you're likely to be out, let us know a safe, shady, fox-proof spot or a neighbour. A chiller bag or box is ideal in warm weather.
Delivery charges. Delivery is £5 per order, and free on orders of £50 and over.

Heating and storage. Every dish comes with simple heating instructions - most can be gently reheated on the hob or in the microwave, and many freeze beautifully. Look for the freezer note on each product.
