How do I order? Browse this week's menu on our website and add what you'd like to your basket. Orders close at 6pm on Sunday (4pm Monday on bank holiday weeks).
When will my order arrive? We deliver on Thursday, usually between midday and 7.30pm (Friday on bank holiday weeks). We'll keep you updated on the day.
How much is delivery? Delivery is £5 per order, and free on orders of £50 and over.
Do I need to be home for delivery? Not necessarily. If you're out, let us know a safe, shady, fox-proof spot or a neighbour, and leave a chiller bag or box if you can.
How do I heat the food? Every dish comes with heating instructions, and you can find them all on our Allergens & Heating page. Most reheat gently on the hob or in the microwave.
Can I freeze the dishes? Many freeze beautifully - look for the freezer note on each product page. A few, like fresh salads and dishes with egg, are best enjoyed fresh.
Do you cater for allergies? Every product lists its allergens. Our kitchen handles many allergens, so we can't guarantee no traces. If you have a serious allergy, get in touch before ordering.
Do you cater for parties and events? Yes - from intimate dinners to gatherings of 150 and more. Get in touch to talk through your occasion.
Is there a discount for new customers? New customers get 20% off their first order. Refer a friend and you'll receive a complimentary meal when they place their first order.
